Meet Our Team
We are a strong team of engineers, designers, construction managers, supervisors, and project coordinators with extensive experience in Canada and oversees.
Reza is a Professional Engineer registered by the Professional Engineers of Ontario. He obtained his engineering degree from Shiraz University and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from Tehran University in 1996.
Prior to establishing TEG, Reza worked for NCK Engineering Ltd. and Moses Structural Engineers Inc. in Toronto. With NCK Engineering Ltd., Reza was the main structural engineer for many multi-million dollar projects, including the CN Tower Edge Walk , Electric City Building E (a 13-story building) and Terrace of Danforth. Reza specializes in structural assessments and the retrofit of existing structures, and has worked on additions to nine schools for the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). With Moses Structural Engineers, Reza was involved in structural design of three multi-story timber structures for a residential development (Hot Condominiums EC11) and he played a key role in the construction management and inspection of those buildings.
He is an experienced construction manager for multidisciplinary and complex large scale civil projects such as airport developments, building complexes and high-rise buildings. He has managed projects in Ontario and abroad for both consultants and contractors for more than 40 years through all project life cycle phases. Prior joining TEG, Mahmoud worked with well-known companies such as Tazand co. Civil/Structural Consulting Engineers and ADPI for developing Imam Khomeini International Airport for more than 20 years.
In TEG, Mahmoud is responsible for construction and contract administration as well as Office management.
She obtained her bachelor degree in civil engineering from Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz in 2000.
She is a Professional Engineer registered by the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
Leila has 17 years of experience in coordinating multidisciplinary projects and client relationship in the consulting engineering field.
He received his Civil Engineering degree from K.N.Toosi University of Technology in 1997 and Master of Science in Earthquake Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology in 2000. Having practiced engineering for 13 years, he entered University of Connecticut-Storrs, CT, USA as a graduate researcher and received his master degree in Structural Engineering in 2016. Besides his dedication to TEG, he is currently a graduate student and researcher in University of Toronto.
He has worked in prominent Canadian and international consulting engineering firms as a structural lead in multistory residential projects and multidisciplinary industrial projects in oil and gas sector, mining and automotive industries.
Atabak is a senior structural designer in TEG and is responsible for structural design of residential, commercial and industrial projects.
She obtained her engineering degree from Mazandaran University of Science and Technology in 2009.
Elli has four years of experience in the engineering field. Elli’s experience and degree in Civil Engineering have provided her with a good understanding of structural components, structural analysis, design and drafting.
She is responsible for preparation and quality management of our drawings and ensure that the project meets all clients need.
She is experienced in design and drawing preparation of the residential, commercial and complex buildings. She is proficient in AutoCAD and 3DMax.
